Satellite Remote Monitoring now Operational. NTAH setting up Test Site for the DOE's Rocky Mountain Oil field Testing Center. DOE will write a report when testing is completed and it will be posted on the DOE's Website. With 70% of the Wells in the U.S. being Stripper Wells, I don't see a scam.
