Skeeter, Skeeter, Skeeter. Have you not been watching the book:bill ratios over the past few months? Have you not seen both semis and cap equipment makers with improving outlooks? Do not let one hum-drum quarter cloud your vision. The slump is over and the recovery is under way. As soon as it becomes clear that PC sales have picked up again we will do better.
