I have PC Quote satellite datafeed. I believe all of the indexes are updated once per minute (possibly 15 seconds, but I think one minute). Futures are updated every 15 seconds (i.e. Bonds, S&P, etc).

It is not realistic, IMO, to update indexes on every tick. Doing so would require an update every time the price of any stock changed on the S&P 500, for example. Having said that, I believe that an update every 60 seconds is too infrequent. I think 5 second updates would be realistic.
