Hi Patric...it would be great to hear some of your favorite recipes. Although not necessarily gourmet I was just talking with my wife yesterday about when they used to camp as kids near Devils Lake, Wi. One of their favorites with their fish fries were potato pancakes. This subject happened to come up while we were having breakfast at a little restaurant in Janesville, Wi(while we were passing through)....and the potato pancakes were really nothing special. Well, at least that brought back a 'treasured' memory for my wife! So, I guess that they were worth the price.
