"ATHM-RR merger. I can assure you that it would be contrary to the basis upon which the FCC allowed the T-TCI merger and certainly excessively aggregating." This is absolutely FALSE. Read the FCC approval and the report on broadband deployment! The FCC did not create a separate market for broadband so the market includes ISP and therefore is VERY competitive. I suspect based on the approval that the @Home-RR merger would have NO PROBLEM being approved! Of course, there is room for FCC to change their mind.
