Well, that is true. But if an analyst upgrade doesn't cause an immediate reaction then it probably won't have an effect at all. Some of these influential guys can cause large short term movements but the stock generally reacts instantly. The fact is that most of the analysts who follow Siii already have moderate or strong buys on it so it is hard to see how they can effect things much except possibly downwards if they downgrade.
