Well, the explanation appeared this morning in the Globe and the FP. My guess is that some insiders in the two largest shareholders groups speculated on their knowledge that the letter was being drafted. Now that SPZ is already up 20%, how much more upside do you think there is for anyone else? I want to know more about the Californian lawsuit, and what the likely size of the payout there would be. Without that figure, you can't estimate the fundamental value of SPZ shares, can you?
