David, RE:inre standards process

Would USRs modems be able to run ROKs 56K FLEX protocol? I thought so but I am not absolutely sure.

The reason I ask is that it seems logical for the standardizers to sympathize with ROK since their modems can't be modified and USRs can via software. They surely will consider the business aspect of things heavily. (I can't imagine they will settle on a third 56K protocol)

If have any other information on this process I would appreciate it. Thanks,
