California Announcement by: kinergy 334 of 334 Governor Davis announced today that MTBE will be phased out of Calfornia gasoline. This is a huge opprtunity for HIPC and the entire ethanol industry as ethanol is the only viable replacement for MTBE. HIPC shareholders should be rewarded for their good sense and patience.
