Pluvia - Last reply 1st, the State of Texas has NOT delcared that it is illegal, just under review. 2nd, the former pricing structure of fixed fee is what caused the turnover. The new referral structure has only generated 26% turnover. Like I said, churn is high in the auto industry. How many of those churning were the large franchise dealers and how many the small mom and pop with 10 cars on their lot dealers? That is what would be more useful to me. It's all about volume in the auto industry. Maybe being short clouds your judgment as well!
