Had been a little skeptical about the whole kiosk thing after weeks of waiting so decided to call Naughton directly yesterday morning. He left me a message last night that is as follows: Paraphrased...he had just talked to Bell South and the phone line is hooked up and running...and in his words, the kiosk is up and running. As for the lawsuit, the fact that Amerinet (is that the right company?) is going private in no way affects our claims in teh lawsuit. Unfortunately, this was only a message and not a live conversation as I would have liked to go into details on some of this but was unable to. He said that he would be out of office until Tuesday (hopefully signing more contracts!!! or settling lawsuit!!!) but asked that I call back then to discuss further... There, good start to the day in terms of news and posts....let's try to keep it that way...Can anyone else please try to verify this info by a personal visit or a call to Days INN or talk to Joe or Pat....TIA and good luck....hawt1
