Todd Weiner is probably right that there are better values out there. However Novacare is a compeling buy.They are a market leader in prosthetics and highly respected in phy. rehab.Market leaders are important today There problems do not revert to any improper actions on there part, simply a drastic change in medicare reimbursment which has all but paralyzed the long term care industry. NOV has a plan on how to proceed from this point, I have listened to it on tape, and am betting it will work.They could end up with much greater market share , and should medicare relax these strict changes which began 1/1/99 they would benefit greatly.Medical sevice stocks are out of favor. Should this change it would be another plus. I have spent a lot of time on this company and feel I understand it. I see miniscule risk here and great rewards. My views, Fred
