IPO's Steve, you are knowledgeable in the IPO area Are you familiar with the 30 (I think) day quiet period? I have heard 24 day quiet period and 30 day quiet period. Would this quiet period include Saturdays and Sundays, or just trading days? I would like to pin-point the last day of the required quiet period. If unfamiliar with this, could you point me in the directon to look? Thanks, Sue
