[who is bill larach?] I wish you could just put some pressure on them to give full disclosure of facts. I don't know why, but I still believe that there is a few good things happening. I have no visions of grandeur anymore, but I still think 8-12$ is possible on ongoing basis if they have minimal DSL deals without forward pricing. CPI and TAP doing well. 0$ or any profit from DSL would mean enterprise profitable. If this larach guy is lawyer, ask him about majority shareholder responsibilities to minority shareholders and minority shareholder rights. I was reading over the TExas business corporation act because I have one business and am thinking of starting another. I noticed some mention that shareholders above a certain % ownership had responsibilities to minority shareholders. MB
