Nothing against Dave D the PR guy but I think he is not kept in the loop as much some of you may think. All releases come from the management of NPEC, not the PR. Like us, he is a shareholder and hopes for great news.

I believe he receives some information from the company but only a small amount. Les knows how to moves hare prices higher. Look at that Cigar company that he has a role in. Up over 60% in a few weeks.

When you play these stocks you either believe in the management or not. Long term shareholders have been let down but to the newer shareholders, all we need is some good information (either from MDIN or through the telecom/internet companies NPEC owns).

Les and company will release information when they think the timing is right and not before then.

In twenty years in speculating in Penny's I have learned to listen to IR people (especially if they are contracted and not actual employees) but appreciate that they a cheerleaders and nothing more. That is what they get paid for.

My advise is either speak to management for answers (if they are willing to speak) or just sit back and let things unfold. Or, if you find patterns, learn how to trade certain companies.
