Zeev, As Lev explained it, Valence will begin volume shipments under terms of contracts about the time we hear about it. When it happens, and I believe they are gearing up for sizable contracts - $50 million or so each, revenue will come in very fast.
1-Taxes will be minimal on the first $150 million or so of profits since losses can be carried forward.
2-The Irish government will supplement revenues by $35 million or so.
3-Calcualtions indicate that 3 production lines can produce over 250 million watt hours per year. If they have already hired and trained the second shift, 2 shifts per day can produce 13 million wh/month x $2.50 or over $30 million per month in revenue.
4-1 shift per day for 3 lines is $10 million revenue per month or $30 million per quarter. Burn rate was estimated at about $6 million per quarter. There are reports that the 4th line was delivered.
5-If they have already purchased enough raw material to make the company profitable, why would the not have the financial muscle to execute? Especially if they still haven't begun to draw on the remaining $7.5 million remaining in Carl's credit line, and Carl has another $20 million ready if they need it(He's a billionare, remember)?
If you are on the sidelines, it might be time to get in and make some money, especially considering all the time and effort you have spent posting on the Valence SI board!
You don't sound like a foolish investor. If your time is worth $100 per hour, you have already invested thousands in Valence. If you still don't own any stock, what is your return on investment?
