The beta site, which is built on Visual Data's various libraries of video and multimedia content, is designed for users with broadband or high-speed Internet access, which is expected to become more widely available in 1999. To access VideoViewer.com, users must have broadband or high-speed access services such as T1 lines, xDSL (digital subscriber line) lines, cable modems or ISDN lines.
