HRP TSE FYI February 17, 1997 Greater Than 10% Holding Reported - Greater Than 10% Holding Reported Cathy Bertini, Public Affairs, TD Securities Inc. purchased 4,627,702 common shares of Harbour Petroleum Company Ltd. through the Toronto Stock Exchange. This purchase was done for short term capital appreciation and TD Securities Inc. does not intend to increase this position.
