Stevie Wonder is fully allowed to enjoy an evening meal, and perhaps a drink or two, at Danny Nile's home,......after all, perhaps you didn't know that there is a "Chinese Wall" that runs down the centre of Dan's dining room table. (g)

I hope some of those who took me to task for even suggesting that Dan might have been the recipient of what I called a "midnight phone call" see this little social note.

On a more important subject, we must now consider how Micron goes about spending the dollars (so generously donated to the cause of MU's survival by INTC), without totally trashing the covenants which called for this dough to be spent on furthering Rambus. I don't blame MU for not spending a dime on this technology, as it is effectively a still-born, but there is the matter of the legal niceties to be observed. (VBG)
