I didn't. I said over and over Canadian based OTC [stands for over-the-counter]. And I did not say they were crap. I said, that MY RULE [do you have rules?], for the purpose of not LOSING money. . . states that a ridiculous amount of DD needs done on Canadian OTC, based strictly on reputation.

And Boca Raton is worse. You obviously have not read my OTC rules of trading. It mentions all the cities and why.
