Mr. Dumbsky don't try to candy coat What Texas Said. Texas declared their opinion was - AWEB's service is illegal. Cut and dried, black and white. Contrary to your incorrect statement: <<1st, the State of Texas has NOT delcared that it is illegal, just under review.>> The prospectus says: <<<In May 1998, the Texas Department of Transportation notified us that, in their opinion, our performance-based pricing model is illegal...>>> Mr. Dumbsky - are you a liar or is the prospectus wrong?
