I know what OTC is, ok, I'll give you a point there. Lots to stay away from for sure. Have you read how Vancouver, Calgary, and the Toronto OTC will be joined into One Exchange ? They are going to call it the " Canadian Venture Exchange" and have more uniform listing and reporting requirements. You know where the ones that don't make the grade will end don't you? Here in the BB. That will leave Canada with One Venture market exchange, and only one "Big Board" being the TSE, because Montreal will transfer all equities to Toronto and will only be a options and derevitives exchange. Sidenote, VSE, ASE, and Toronto OTC Volumes are way down, Vancouver exchange barly surviving. Guess where all the Venture Capitol Speculators are ? You got it....in the NAS EBB. I guess we got to give credit where credit is due, all the Criminals doing stock scams have been successful in killing the Canadian Venture Capitol market and driving investors to the US boards. Hopefully it will change with the new exchange, and stiffer listing-reporting requirements. Venture Capitol exchange need to be active and fruitful for any nation.
