Zeus: I appreciate your position, but as one of the followers of this thread, it does become frustrating to hear the same negativity over and over. People and companies are allowed to make mistakes, learn from them and move on. You continue to harp on the old mistakes. Hopefully, with the form 10, we can put the past to rest and look forward. I strongly believe that the company is trying to do its best for itself and its shareholders. I also believe that the company did not purposefully dilute the shares but was snookered into it. Since I and probably the company feel there is a massive short position, some form of "gimmick" maybe necessary to dislodge the evil empire. That is not bad but good for the legitimate shareholders. Rumor is that a 250k cert request and 200k request are not being honored. Zeus, have you ever called in your certs to help protect your investment in case your wrong about the short position?? tom
