Hi Chris:

I basically agree with you analysis. It takes many many years to be
able to use this kind of modem. The main point is using existing infrastructure. I looked into Broadband's fundamental. It's terrible.
The revenue decrease(flat) and loss increase. The capitalization reach
to ~350 million.
