j., they're up a fraction today trading on the upside of 17.5. I don't know of any financials that are available other than those the company puts out so it's hard to be objective. I believe the upside is tremendous, and with a "who's who" in the communications business (QVC,CNN,CBS,INTEL,Comcast,Packard Bell, I'm sure I missed others) already on board, I've got to believe the downside is reasonable. I believe they are presently waiting for 1 last approval from the Fed (supposedly in the bag) to use the intended bandwidth. Beyond that, everything seems to be tied to initiating the broadcasts. I think this will be right after the end of the Q1. My buddy walked away with my info pack so I'm not sure of the date. Check their home page www.wavephore.com. This co really excites me. Most of the internet co's are just variations on a theme. This is a whole new technology that will draw in a larger customer base than the internet. And will deliver data to homes very inexpensively. I currently have a small position. I'm hoping I finish riding the IOMG train about the same time this one goes.
