OT: JMHO, but I think NATO is in deep sh+t in Kosovo. We have a great air game, but no ground game. Can we win without a ground game? As of right now, the Serbs have no fear of a ground invasion. They don't have to protect Belgrade, or their borders; and the KLA is the only opposing ground force in Kosovo. This is a huge strategic advantage, and the Serbs, who are more unified than ever before, could eventually launch an all-out ground offensive into Kosovo, where NATO is unprepared and indecisive, eating up towns and villages, sending thousands of refugees before them, and pity those who don't get out in time.
I hope I'm wrong, but I don't think this war will end until either the Serbs take Kosovo, or NATO deploys ground forces and there is a major conflagration, and eventual stale-mate, in the mountains of Kosovo. One has to wonder what the Serbs and Kosovars would have done had they been offered an IMF financial package to make peace, a package equivalent to the amount being wasted on this destruction.
