Says who? Says the company. NOT the SEC filings that could be used against them in a court of law, should they be not truthful. Without filing with SEC, they could say that they have cut a deal where they will be receiving 4 billion dollars for selling an idea. . .if they thought anyone would believe it. . . .then say it didn't come thru after all. . . no damage done. . .unless you were one of the many that bought at the high and are holding worthless paper. Sorry. . .no filing with SEC. . .equals no accountability. The fishing thread is different than the rest. . .here we watch each others backs and avoid unnecessary risk taking.
