Why? The future for LSI has never been brighter. The start up costs associated with Gresham are about to be absorbed, and by the end of the year Gresham will be contributing significantly to the bottom line. the semi industry is just now emerging from its longest slump ever, and we are about to see shortages in the critical .25 and .18 areas in which LSI excels. The Symbios acquisition and the SEEK acquisition will add substantially to the bottom line, and the future for Fibre Channel is very bright. DVD sales for LSI this year will be approximately 1.2 million, and they will grow by at least 50 percent next year. PS II promises to be a major success, while at the same time LSI can clip residual coupons from the sale of PSI. Mint Technology is the perfect growth vehicle for the fabless market. Even the long awaited debut of ATM is a very real possibility. The only reason I can see for your selling LSI in the next twelve months is either a global recession, (in which case we all get hurt) or the fact that you are disappointed in your investment, which was poor timing initially. Perhaps you can give us some solid fundamental reasons as to why LSI will not perform well in the upcoming 12 months?
