I am not sure I agree with the target as the infrastructure sales
are just being transferred to ERICY. They get a slightly better margin
due to the lack of the losses from the division. They don't get any new handset sales or ASIC sales as ERICY intended to make their own and that is a year away. There may be some phones purchased from QCOM short term, but ERICY managment seems to be stubborn about doing their own thing.

Now that the major battle is over, QCOM has to show they can consistently make money and compete against their licensees.
