Mike,
I've seen you make a number of references to horseracing. Are you a casual fan or serious handicapper? If the latter we have something in common. I spent 25 years of weekends, holidays and vacations at Aqueduct, Belmont, Saratoga, and where ever they were running the Breeders Cup. I have a handful of friends on the N.Y. circuit that make their living just betting. (not such a great one, but enough). As for myself, after years of computer research, practical experience, a summer on the backstretch and help from the best handicappers I met, I finally got into the black on a somewhat consistent basis. I quit my job and went out there full time 4 years ago. After 4 months, I found out the dream was better than the reality. (very stressful) I'm a weekend warrior again but still making a few pesos.
