JNN, let me try a few of these (from memory -- I don't have the prospectus in front of me):

I believe there are around 11 million shares outstanding after the IPO. 3 million were sold to the "public" in the IPO. The 11 million may or may not reflect stock options (probably not).

I can't remember the make-up of the private investors but you can probably assume the vast majority is "institutional" and all of it would be restricted for some period (again, this is a bit of a guess but I think it is correct). I'm not sure how long the "lock-up" period is but I would assume 4-6 mos.

Sorry for all the guessing, but I think this is "directionally correct."
