What a great deal for ASMCD when those warrants get exercised. They will raise an additional $10,000 in capital, maybe they can send David Drake to a remedial English Composition course with their new found wealth. They could also pay his webhosting bill, since the web site has now disappeared. (http://www.siteblazer.net/merger) or they could get him a copy of Adobe SiteMill, to spruce up that "I built it myself in 10 minutes" Siteblazer web site. Oh, I forgot, David Drake probably won't stop using Siteblazer, because he is involved in Siteblazer's parent Houston Interweb Design, as well as its close relative PinkMonkey.com I strongly recommend reading up on Houston Interweb Design and its close relative PMKY.
