Jim; IKAR is trading today on the PINKS the bid is 1/8 and ask is 3/8 last time I checked... They have to file a 15c2-11 but that process could not be implemented until the suspension was lifted which was 12:59 PM on the 25th thus any BB that is halted will inevitably trade on the PINKS until the form is filed (from my understanding). Here is a site were one can see the trades on IKAR; qs-alt.secapl.com I would suggest that you contact the Company and find out if in fact the form has been filed. Alan
