Jon, certainly no reason for concern re: our little pennies. Russia will not do jack because their country SUCKS right now. They're hurting and they need U.S. $$$ to get back in shape. TRUST ME, I've read a number of books on the secret politics that go on in foreign relations and this stuff was ALL WORKED OUT BEFOREHAND. Clinton said to Boris "go ahead and make a tough stance for a day or two and then back the hell down, in return we'll send you some rice/bread and money to build a factory or two". Russia giving 'humanitarian aid' to yugo is like applying a band aid to a jugular gash. Go MRPS! (and RDIM, TSIG, DMEC)... - Stroke
