Your right, only the lawyers will benefit "financially". There are of course, benefits other than financial. The way I see it is I really don't stand much to loose at this point so I really don't give a hoot if the lawyers do well as long as the company takes a fall. I now doubt I'll see much if any of my investment returned so it would be a way of getting my pound of flesh. Besides, I think the only way we'll EVER know what the hell's going on with this company will be in court.

I'm for the scorched earth policy. :)
