Dan, what you said about BCSC makes sense. Lenox Polymers should be regulated by the OSC (Ontario Security Commission) for the current Canadian listing and NASDAQ for the BB listing. However, the strange thing is the news article was dated February 14, 1997 and it comes from Waterhouse Securities' WebBroker news source. I guess I am confused. I wish the company would clarify the situation with BCSC. It's NOT a good thing to see this type of news items on the company for current or potential investors.
