This letter was sent to CUSAC Gold Mines yesterday, with C.C.'d copies sent to BC Securities Commission, Ontario Sec. Comm., and SEC:

PAUL HUNDAL
Barrister & Solicitor

TO: CUSAC GOLD MINES LTD.
3rd Floor, 322 Water Street
Vancouver, BC V6B 1B6

Dear Sirs:
Re:Demand for copies of Members Minutes of Cusac Gold Mines Ltd.

As you are aware, I personally attended at your registered and records office today at 10:30 am requesting to view the Company Minute book and in particular I requested to view the minutes of the Annual General Meetings particular I requested to view the minutes of the AGM ("Member's Minutes") for the last four years. The individuals who the receptionist referred me to both refused/failed to provide me with the Member's MInutes.

The first individual repeatedly contradicted himself by refusing me access to the Members's Minutes and then claimed immediately after his refusal that he was not refusing. The second individual, David Brett, then intervened and asked for my identification which I produced. He too refused me access to the Member's Minutes and instead deflected discussion of my request by demanding that I tell him why I am inquiring. I advised him that as a member of the public I have a right to this information under the Company Act and I have no requirements to disclose why I am seeking the information requested. I disputed his claim and urged him to consult with a lawyer forthwith and that I would wait while he does. David Brett then ordered me to leave the registered and records office, which is their business office, which I complied with.

Take note that, as stated previously in your office, you are in deliberate violation of Section 164 of the Company Act which requires you to disclose the aforesaid information to any member of the public who attends the registered and records office during business hours. I demand that you fax the aforesaid information to (604)926-7002 within twenty four hours of the faxing of this letter or else I will seek a Court Order against you to disclose this information as well as punitive damages and costs for your deliberate violation of the public disclosure requirements of the BC Company Act, without further notice.

Yours very truly,
"Paul Hundal"

What are they trying to hide? They could be halted pending clarification of Company Activity for this one.

I think the Brett Boat is about to sink!!
