Okay! Now that you have seen the news release, what is your comment or thoughts now. It doesn't appear that production and cash-flow are anywhere close to being around the corner. Wasn't this the same property that the Company previously had a joint venture with and ran into trouble. Lost money and stock? When is the next shoe going to fall? This sounds very suspect and a remotely familiar story. Can we count on this deal actually happening? Whats your spin on this?
