American Diversified Group announces receipt of private financing and sale of sample strep test kits to Brazil STAMFORD, Conn.--(BW HealthWire)--Feb. 4, 1997--American Diversified Group Inc. (OTC BB:ADGI) Tuesday announced that it has received $125,000 pursuant to its private placement financing and has received additional commitments for private funding. The private placement funds have been allocated for general operating expenses and sales and marketing efforts in West Africa. ADGI has also made its initial shipment and sale of sample FDA approved strep test kits to Brazil for approval and has commenced the registration process necessary for approval to sell malaria, dengue fever and AIDS test kits in Brazil.
