<< Given the current markets and the rising visibility of Video on the Web, these look like extremely attractive purchases.... >>

Jubimer, I know you are not given to hype ....but, my well respected fellow poster, that is the most monumental understatement I think I have ever read on a message board ( genuinely laughing out loud here).
This post is meant in support - not dispute...in case there is any doubt.

If majority ownership options are exercise 12.7 million!!!!!???!!!
My immediate reaction is simply a WOW!

The investment has already increased AXC's capitalization by over 100 million. While the core revenues of the combined acquisitions are likely very small...we do know that the Grady McGrath production company alone ( acquired by TVontheWeb with the AXC money) had 4 million in revenues last year.) Even if TVontheWeb and Reiter's and AENTV had no revenues to add at all..that would still be a price to sales ( for a 51% stake)of under 6.
And as you say ..." given the current markets" that is extraordinary. ( What is Broadcast.com's price to revenues right now BAM? ...not that I am trying to equate ...but just as a rough guideline ...about 125 -1?)

Also had a talk with Karen yesterday. Pleasant...informative.( I like Karen - savvy and spunky) She did mention Bramson's skills. Also his lack of luck thus far. We all know about the luck. His skills are evident in these investments. He has spent the money very wisely thus far. Has given us all a shot at fine returns.
Each investor has his or her own situation that casts a unique light on decisions. I have to target AXC to help pay for household expenses in a little over a year's time ( unless I get a job...what a concept!)...5 years is all I can give it. But when the day comes that I must begin selling, I will do so gradually and reluctantly.
I am personally delighted with the price AXC has paid for these investments and the general directions in which they are headed. The new talent they have brought on board would alone be worth the price.
In my very sincere ...somewhat educated..opinion.
