I think spying on the web site will be a big problem.

So will sharing of memberships. I think you will need to keep track of real names and their aliases. In the long run, you probably want to pick and choose who participates, but that will be very hard. Having everyone sign a contract not to reveal any picks would be useful.

This is going to be a real issue, so it is better to start thinking about it now. I can't think of any easy solution.
