Are you guys aware of www.lombard.com, in that site you can get all kinds of charts, including Intraday. Most QDEL Intraday charts look beautiful, nice slope up to the right. Increased volume increases price, drop in volume drop in price. The other stocks I am watching do not exhibit those traits. I am aware of the defence (rights) passed by Quidel recently. I do not fully understand it. Seems to me it would make it harder to make a move on the company. My broker says it looks like all it does is helps the principals keep their jobs, although he has not read it in detail, he does not like it and wishes they had not done it. Can any of you guys explain how it would effect individual investors. Aside from that I feel good in this stock, last time I had a stock that I felt this good in I went from 4 1/2 to 26 and paid off my house. It took 7 years.
