Since you appear to be an expert on this, why don't you tell us the answer and also tell us where we can verify this information. Sir I have read all of your posts too on the other threads.

Also please tell us why in one of your previous posts you say that you are looking to take a position in NPEC and only looking for a firmish bottom right now. Why would you be doing that if you were not convinced that the company was going somewhere?

It appears that you know more than you are willing to share. How about it? Tell us why you are so interested in a company in which you say you do not have a position but wish to take one. Is it that you want to drive the price down so you can pick up a bargain for yourself? Nothing wrong with doing that but try to be honest about it.

And please sir, stop insulting our intelligence.
