Nothing wrong with doing that but try to be honest about it.

Honest about what??? That I've flipped this thing before and I'm looking for a new entry point to flip it again? Since you've paraphrased my own posts back at me, you already know I've stated this. What am I supposed to be honest about? What have I been dishonest about? Why the hostility towards me?

Your attitude leaves a little something to be desired, but don't change it on my account! The more aggressive and defensive your tone, the more damage you do to the NPEC cause and the lower my entry point.

As for my question, the reason I asked is because I DON'T KNOW the answer. What is so difficult to understand about that? I saw one possible explanation (which I have no specific reason to disbelieve) and am wondering if anyone else has looked into the matter and can offer further clarification.

And no, I don't have to believe the company is going anywhere to invest in it. I've always believed that 95% of everything is crap, and that holds especially true for BB stocks. NPEC may be crap, it may be a ruby in this mountainous pile of BB crap, either way, it's possible to make money on it.

If you want to call me out for flipping stocks, feel free...but let me remind you that no one ever bought a stock they didn't intend to sell.
