Hello Robert, I find these expected news items always take longer than
expected, quite often legality, exchange or too many i's and t's to dot always take longer than we have patience for.

The stock does trade thin, there is very few holders willing to sell at these prices and the stock is not known at all so few buyers. I think you would see a lot better volumes around $2.50 to $3.00 if some buyers come into the stock, otherwise you have to patiently peck away at these prices while it is trading here.
