to numerous shareholder requests regarding Microphonics (OTC BB: MRPS)
1998 financials, we would like to state that while not experiencing
being a profitable year, revenue still enabled us to position ourselves
for an exciting 1999.
With regard to inquiries from our valued shareholders concerning
future 1999 projections, we will keep our shareholders abreast of the
factual information concerning Microphonics. We will not speculate as
to exactly what the future may hold. The year 1999 certainly looks
stable, productive, and profitable for Microphonics.
Our existing contracts, that is those that are already in place with
units being delivered on an ongoing basis, offer the stability that
Microphonics is able to build on. Ford-U.S., F.M. Mafco, G.M. Blanket,
and Ford-Europe, to name just a few, already assure Microphonics a
profitable 1999.
As new contracts are rapidly solidified, we will keep our shareholders
