While there are others on this thread that have followed the cable industry much longer then me and will be able to give you concrete cable related answer, I'll take stab at your questions and answer it in a general sense. IN short most regulation in any form other then for health reason, is not good. I'm firm believer in natural selection not only in nature but in the business world. So the less regulations the better. Also, with xDSL coming and wireless broadband, and sat. delivery the cable companies has completion now. So why not let the market place decide the winners and losers? Greg
