Greg, can you tell us more about the capitalization of the company? how many shares of common and preferred are outstanding, how many warrants and options are out there, and what the conversion features might be for all the preferred, warrants, and options. I'd also like to learn more about the Reg. D private placement you mentioned in post 785. I discovered today, while searching the Lexis/Nexis database, that your company has issued a lot of convertible preferred and warrants. The following post indicates some of these, but I would just like to know exactly what else there might be.
