Has anyone looked at ICO? Are they the victim of the same thing or are they in a different business? Because if they are in the same boat, ICO is trading at much lower levels which implies (a) there is lot more room to the down side for TECD, or (b) there is a lot more room to the upside for ICO. Then again, whoever said the market is rational.
