BOD will not sell the company for 20. When PHG first came out VLSI wanted 25; Bankers are now prepared to say VLSI is worth 27+. The only way PHG will get it for 20 is hostile. But it will be moot if STM or another comes thru with offer. Otherwise VLSI can do a LBO. JB
